Directions

As we navigate the positive changes and redevelopment of the land surrounding the mall, the following will help make your arrival easier.
1. The mall is fully open.
2. The Olfaction Lab is located between Bath and Body Works and Dillards on the lower level.  
3. Best place to park is on the Poplar Avenue side as construction has started at the rear side of the mall.  On the Poplar Avenue side you can enter at front/main entrance #2, or through 1st level Dillards.
4. Our studio hours are: 11-7pm Monday-Thursday, 11-8pm Friday, Saturday.  We may be closed to walk ins as we prep between bookings.  Although we have select designated walk-in days, it is best to book in advance to guarantee your experience.

We’re excited to share that our new studio location is coming soon! Beginning mid October 2025 all sessions will be held in our permanent studio in Oak Court Mall (4465 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN) which we’ll call home through Spring 2026. Dates selected before October 8th will take place at a public venue, chosen based on group size, as we prepare to welcome you to our soft opening in October.
